We brought our motorhome in for service on pretty short notice and were so please with the whole experience. The needs and requirements were all addressed the same day. Ron and Dave were so accommodating and generous with the coffee and anything else we may have needed. Will return here for our RV service whenever possible. Many thanks for the excellent service.

I wanted to tell you all how much I appreciate your service department. For the second time one of my Dash air conditioner, the second with some form of a light bar that controls my gauges, those guys have got me in and out of here the first time in an afternoon and the second time and a half an hour.
It is sometimes difficult to get traditional truck repair centers to pay attention to RV coach problems. Not so at Doggett Freightliner! J.D. Pennell and his crew listened carefully to my explanation of the problem. Called me with a detailed estimate within 2 hours. Job was finished when he said it would be and urged me to call him if I had any questions. Best Freightliner service center Ive dealt with in the past 11 years!
I work with Doggett Freightliner in Laredo, Texas on a day to day basis, and their service team has done a great job since Nick Benavides took over and with the Help of their Service Writer Gianni as well. Always attentive and making sure I have updates of our units in their yard. The guys in service are really doing a great job! I would like to mention as well our Sales Representative Luis Lozano for always checking in on his Customers. I work for a big logistics company – trucks down are the worst for us. This dealership really knows how to care for their customers. The customer service that they provide is beyond expectations. Nick Benavides and his service team really ensure our trucks come out in a timely manner and go the extra mile to help us whenever we need it. The best thing is once our trucks are fixed – they are fixed. We never experience sending out units back. Brian and the whole Parts Department will also go beyond all expectations to help us get the parts we need. Over all this dealership is one of the best Laredo has to offer and they are not afraid to show it.
I visited your freightliner dealer on Sunday. My engine was flashing me codes, so I stopped in Little Rock for service. The truckstop couldnt diagnose the problem, but they did advise me that your dealership opened at 7am. I showed up at the service counter at 7am. I explained to Steve, the service writer, what issues I was having, and also explained that I was running empty back to California for a funeral for a family member. I told him I needed to be there by Wednesday the latest. He said it may be a little bit of a wait, but hed get me in the shop. I was relieved. Within a few hours they had the truck fixed and I was able to leave. Steve and a couple of the techs that I had the chance to meet were all very friendly and professional. I thank you all for your help and I thank you for being open on weekends!!! I will definitely use your dealership in the future. Thanks again 7/21/2019
